Beautifully Landscaped Lawns and Gardens

Spring is here! Drive by and take a look at Sam Woolsey's Apartments most of which are on the corners of 13th and Kelly and 13th and Trevitt in The Dalles, Oregon. Here's a photo of our apricot tree in bloom at the Meeker Apartments. We have two apartments available for rent there.

The lush, green lawns have had their first mowing. The tulips and daffodils that greet us every year are a reminder of Sam's grandmother, Mabel Meeker who planted many of the bulbs. She would grow the flower gardens on the property, and his grandfather, Sam Meeker, a retired farmer, raised a truck garden on the corner lot at 13th and Kelly.

We have a proud, family tradition to maintain here at Sam Woolsey's Apartments. 

Meeker House

Only one unit available for rent now, and it's a real gem! Sam and his family lived there for over 20 years. Now, it's a newly remodeled one-bedroom apartment in the original Meeker House. Check it out on our website: www.apartmentsinthedalles.com

Anderson Homestead

Sam’s great-grandfather, Lewis Anderson, an early settler in The Dalles, built this log house in 1895. It is now currently located at Fort Dalles Museum.  It is not for rent!
